The Ga's traditional marriage is very important. These marriages are arranged by the elder but, if the bride is not payed for the married couple have to find another way to arrange their marriage. They are depended on religion and classes. For the rich and middle classes they perform Western Africa traditional method. As or the poor the men represent his marriage through a drink. While other religions like Christianity is celebrated their way.

Back in the culture the Ga would practice polygamy. When polygamy was practice it was know that if a men who had multiple wives was a very wealthy man. The first wife would be much older and not as educated and the second wife who is very educated and much younger.

Woman have more power than men in this ethnic group because they believe that woman are the ones that gave birth the Ga adangbe and gave them life. Men and woman of the Ga Adangebe have lack of socializing between the two because after marriage the woman lives with her mother and children while the men live in a different house. If there is a divorce between the two the woman takes the kids and the men takes care of himself which leads to devotion. Each hut has a female leader and male leader.

FUNERALS
The Ga believe that ancestors are powerful than the living .They were introduced in the 1950's to having a coffin. These coffin are mainly shaped as objects or animals to represent their journey to the afterlife. There are other coffins like swords and chairs which represent royalty and magic. Or how they were standing out in the community. They believed that after death is not the end of life and that their spirits would go to the afterlife. Funerals are usually performer by the rich and wealthy because funerals cost a lot. They want to pay a lot because they want to pay. EMPLOYMENT
The Ga don't have many jobs but there jobs are farming, fishing, and trading. The
most commonly jobs to the Ga is fishing and farming. Fishing is normally takes place by the gold coast of Africa.
The most commonly grown crops are cassava, yams, corn, plantain, coca, and palm oil.
